At AgileAssist HR, we stand firmly against all forms of human trafficking, forced labour, servitude, deception, and exploitation. We uphold and respect the dignity and rights of every individual—and we refuse to enable or tolerate any practices that violate them.
In compliance with the Philippine legal framework—specifically the Anti‑Trafficking in Persons Act of 2003 (RA 9208), the Expanded Anti‑Trafficking in Persons Act of 2012 (RA 10364), and RA 11862—we commit to the following:
Prevention: We proactively maintain transparent, ethical, and fair recruitment and employment processes. We ensure that every job placement or engagement is free of coercion, deceit, or exploitation.
Protection: We safeguard the rights of all candidates and employees—ensuring informed consent, equitable treatment, full disclosure of terms, and safe working conditions. We maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of all individuals.
Partnership: We cooperate with authorised authorities, comply with legal requirements, train our staff in anti-trafficking awareness, and promptly respond to any signals of risk.
Responsibility: We acknowledge our role in the ecosystem—ensuring that as a recruitment/employment service provider (or HR partner) we do not facilitate, support, or profit from trafficking, forced labour, labour-exploitation, or practices akin to slavery.
Empowerment & Awareness: We commit to raising awareness within our organisation and with our partners and stakeholders. We foster a workplace culture of respect, human dignity, and accountability.
By this statement, Agileassist HR reiterates its zero-tolerance stance on human trafficking, slavery, debt bondage, involuntary servitude, exploitative recruitment, and all practices prohibited by RA 9208 as amended, RA 10364, and RA 11862. We pledge to do our part in the Philippines’ fight against human trafficking—because pagbabago begins with us.
“Laban kontra human trafficking, laban nating lahat.”
